Hrooms.in Host Partner Agreement

1. Listing Restriction: You represent and warrant that you are registering to list a single property unit, hotel, resort, homestay, or villa under your control. Re-registering with multiple accounts for the same properties is strictly forbidden.

2. Pending Approval: All properties remain inactive and drafts until verified by Super Admin, who will select and set your billing subscription plan or commission rates.

3. Content Accuracy: Hosts must upload high-quality, actual images and set valid Minimum, Maximum, and Current room prices.
